How do I request a return?

You may request to return items through your online account for either a refund or a replacement by following the steps provided in the article below.

1. Sign In to Your Account: https://www.entertainmentearth.com/Account
2. Go to the Returns section: https://www.entertainmentearth.com/Account/Items?tab=rt
3. Click "Return" for your desired item.
4. For each item to be returned in that order, click "Add To Return."
5. Answer questions about how many units you are returning ("Qty”), "Why are you returning this item?" and "How can we resolve this?" for each item before selecting "Submit."
