While logged into Your Account, click on Your Items or Your Orders to find the “Cancel Items” link to the left of each eligible item or near the top of the page, respectively. Then follow the steps to cancel each item.
Items on orders are eligible for cancelation at any time before they are sent to our warehouse for processing.
