"I always have a pleasant experience buying from this store. Customer service is always very helpful and efficient, and packaging is always done with care. Preorders can get pushed back as they often do everywhere, but once they come in, they get them shipped out. If they receive the inventory sooner than expected, they immediately begin processing orders in the order they were received, even if not all the stock has arrived. I think it's an excellent process."
