LEGO Power Miners
Power Miners is a LEGO theme released in January 2009. The theme is set underground, on the LEGO world. Mysterious crystalline monsters have tunneled from beneath the planet's surface to invade the LEGO world. The monsters in the Power Miners theme eat the power crystals. Brains believes these creatures are responsible for the earthquakes that have recently happened. The geologist recruits a team of miners, and using his new technology, they tunnel deep into the planet. A online game named Rock Rocket and featuring the monsters has also been released.
