From the 12 inch Elite Force World War II Series comes the British SAS Brigade Captain Douglas Caldwell action figure. Featuring a fully poseable and fully articulated action body, this 1/6th scale authentic collector figure includes diecast metal weapons and accessories.
The special Air Service was born from the Commando movement and the need for a small, mobile offensive fighting force. It's origins can be tracked back to 1940 when the first units were formed under the Lt. Col Dudley Clarke. Later that year a combination of Commando units were formed under Lt. Co Robert Laycock, and became known as " Layforce", and assisted the British Forces in North Africa. Although this force was disbanded in 1941, some of it's members ultimately formed the SAS.
