The NYPD Emergency Service Unit Sniper Team Observer "Winona" 12inch action figure. The first female figure from Dragon! She's a sniper with the NYPD ESU equipped with a Remington M40 sniper rifle with scope and working bolt, a Glock 19 pistol with drop-down holster. She's wearing the NYPD officer shirt with badges imprinted, tactical boots and an NYPD cap. The rest of her gear consists of handcuffs with case, walkie-talkie, flashlight with case, M40 travel bag, binoculars and a set of keys.
