Your The Big Bang Theory
collection is incomplete without astrophysicist Rajesh Koothrappali! Derived from the CBS "nerd-com" The Big Bang Theory
and featuring multiple points of articulation, this Big Bang Theory Raj 8-Inch Series 1 Action Figure brings you Rajís character as an 8-inch scale action figure in series-true fabric clothing and a retro style that harkens back to the bestselling "Mego" action figures of the 1970s and 1980s. Raj is ready to join the fun. Are you?
Dr. Rajesh "Raj" Koothrappali (Kunal Nayyar) is a sensitive soul; the kind of guy who's not afraid to kick back with a glass of wine and a good "chick flick." But make no mistake, he's all man. Unfortunately for him, he can't talk to women without the aid of alcohol - preferably a grasshopper. Originally from New Delhi, India, Raj works in the Physics department, where he specializes in particle astrophysics. Occasionally visited by his sister, Priya, who's a lawyer, Raj often communicates with his Indian parents, Dr. and Mrs. Koothrappali, through a webcam. Superpowers: Collecting comic books, astronomy. Weaknesses: Selective mutism, nervous bladder.
In The Big Bang Theory, Leonard and Sheldon are brilliant physicists - wizards in the laboratory, but socially inept outside of it. Enter beautiful, free-spirited neighbor Penny, who aims to teach them a thing or two about life. While Leonard spends his days looking for love, Sheldon is quite content video-chatting with platonic partner Amy Farrah Fowler or playing Secret Agent Laser Obstacle Chess with their ever-expanding universe of friends, including fellow scientists Raj and Howard, and Howard's new wife, the adorable micro-biologist, Bernadette.
