This series also marks the introduction of the Big Sister, one of the enemies introduced in the sequel. The Big Sisters possess a large ADAM needle and have immense strength and agility, and possess powerful plasmids.
Ladysmith Splicer stands about 6 1/2-inches tall. The others measure approximately 3 1/2-inches tall.
