Celebrate 50 years of Doctor Who with this fantastic new figurine collection. The Doctor Who 4-Inch Collectible Figurines 50th Anniversary Edition Collection Series draws from every era of the show and includes all 11 versions of the Doctor plus his greatest monsters. Cast in a specially formulated metallic resin and painted by hand, every figurine in the collection is sculpted with incredible care and attention to detail. Every character is shown in a classic moment from a specific episode. The process begins by collecting detailed reference material from the Doctor Who archives, which is then sent to the sculptor who produces a 3D digital sculpt. This incredibly detailed file allows the sculptor to include even the slightest detail down to the wrinkles in Davros' face or the buttons on the Doctor's shirt. This digital sculpt is refined in consultation with the BBC's Doctor Who team before it is finally approved. The factory scales the digital files to exactly 1:21 scale and uses them to make precision tools. Digital modeling allows the sculptors to include an incredible level of detail, which ensures the finished figurines are as accurate as possible. All the figurines are carefully produced in 1:21 scale and individually numbered. Each figurine recreates a specific moment from the TV series in loving detail and every sculpt is based on detailed study of the original production photography, props and drawings. The collection features several different versions of the Daleks and Cybermen allowing you to trace their evolution over the years. This is the definitive Doctor Who figurine collection. The specially formulated resin and high quality sculpting allow the figurines to reproduce an Incredible level of detail right down to the mesh in the Silurian Warrior's uniform and the controls on Davros' console.
