Unfortunately, due to customs laws and increased security measures, we're required to include specific documentation with all international shipments. Here's what we usually include:
On the outside of the package:
CUSTOMS FORM. We're unable to mark packages as media, gift, or any classification different than fragile.
A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE, in triplicate, indicating the item value, description, and weight, as well as the method of payment. If your order was placed with a credit card, only the last 4 digits are printed on the invoice, for security purposes.
Inside the package:
