If you order multiple items with some items in stock and some items on backorder, we only charge your credit card for the items that are in stock and being prepared for shipment.

Why Pre-Order Now? ("Coming Soon" Is Good For You!)
We absolutely encourage the process of pre-ordering "Coming Soon" items because it hedges your bet; you have a better chance of actually getting an item if you pre-order it now. (First come, first served - some exceptions apply.) You don't even have to PAY now – we won't charge your credit card until an item actually comes in stock.

Our systems automatically fill orders on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis (some exceptions apply). We don't "allocate" products. (Allocate is a dirty word in this industry that means shipping products to other people before we ship to you – regardless of when you ordered.)

If you ordered an item when it was first posted on our website, you are FAR more likely to receive it than if you order this item today. And if you wait until a later date to order an item, you might never actually get it because it may not EVER come in stock.

It's even possible that your fellow collectors and gift purchasers (your competitors) have pre-ordered every single piece of an item that we might be getting. (This is called "PRE-SOLD OUT.")

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express and JCB Debit and Credit Cards

We also accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks in U.S Dollars drawn on U.S. banks for items that are in stock. Note: Personal Checks, Money Orders, or Cashier's Checks in U.S Dollars drawn on banks outside of U.S. must be for in stock orders over $350 dollars.

Contact Client Services if you wish to pay by Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check. Sorry, we do not accept CODs.

Do I need an "Account" to order?
No, you do not need to have an account to order. Simply add items to your shopping cart, press "Checkout," and follow the directions to enter your e-mail address and password. Then you will enter your shipping address and payment information. Your order is confirmed when you receive an Internet Order Number on the Receipt page during checkout and via e-mail.

Will I receive an e-mail confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail with your Internet Order Number immediately after you click the "Place Your Order" button. You will also get Order Status and Shipping Confirmation e-mails. Furthermore, if you have items on backorder for more than 30 days, you will receive monthly Order Status e-mails.

Why don't I get a customer number as soon as I place an order?
You will receive a customer number on the second e-mail confirmation titled "Order Status." We issue customer numbers as your order is imported into our main database. For security reasons, our main customer database is not "live" on our website and therefore, no customer number is given at the time you order. Customer numbers are sent on Order Status e-mails, as well as printed on all invoices. You can also e-mail or call Client Services to find out your customer number.

Am I guaranteed to get an item in the promised shipping period or availability date?
No. Entertainment Earth does not manufacture products. We rely on other companies to supply our merchandise. Because of this, Entertainment Earth is not responsible for manufacturer delays in delivery, manufacturer shortages in delivery, manufacturer non-delivery of product, manufacturer changes, manufacturer modifications, or manufacturer cancellations. Furthermore, a manufacturer most likely will not notify Entertainment Earth of these situations. Because of this, we have no way to advise our customers of these situations and therefore, we cannot implement any type of product ship date or availability guarantee to our customers.
