Can I get extra info about new preorders or product ETAs from Client Services?

Our Client Services Reps are super fans and collectors just like you, and they love to speak with clients about the items we sell. While they can help you with your orders, offer recommendations, and discuss favorites, they don't have access to extra information (like new preorder listings or ETA status updates) that isn't already on the website.

The most up-to-date info is always immediately posted for everyone to reference. When something new launches, the Client Services team is just as excited to learn about it as you are!
