Our Mint Condition Guarantee™ does NOT apply to items specifically labeled "not mint" in the name of the product, the item number, or the product description. It does not apply to gift items, housewares, home decor, plush items, apparel, perishable items, or where mint condition is simply unnecessary. It does not apply to custom-made items and complimentary items sent for promotional purposes to anyone, including but not limited to affiliates, press, or partners. It also does not apply to sales to wholesale clients or retail clients who receive discounted pricing. We will ship full cases of toys, action figures, figurines, and other items and inspect them to ensure mint-quality packaging, but we will not replace individual non-mint pieces. Damaged cases with clear shipping damage will be claimed with the shipping carrier and replaced, if possible. Sales are final to wholesale clients.
