12 in. DAK Motorcycle Recon:From the 12 inch Elite Force World War II Series comes the Afrikakorps DAK Motorcycle Recon "Panzer battalion" Oberfeldwebel Johan Jergens action figure. Featuring a fully poseable action body, this 1/6th scale authentic collector figure includes diecast metal weapons and accessories.
Initially designated "Aufklarungastab Rommel" when Rommel was informed of his new position in February of 1941, the German army in North Africa was renamed "Deutsches Afrikakorps" DAK when Hitler announced its official formation. Rommel's forces consisted of numerous elements and a high number of these were fully motorized. Among these were two man crews on motorcycles which were used extensively for reconnaissance.
