Garindan is a Kubaz spy who works for the highest bidder. This long-snooted informant shadows Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan as they make their way from the Mos Eisley cantina to Docking Bay 94, after hiring Han Solo to transport them to the planet Alderaan. The dark cloaked snitch uses his comlink to call the Imperial authorities, and directs a squad of desert Stormtroopers to the fugitives.
