Arrow and the Flash Set to Crossover This Fall

Television fans, get ready for crossovers galore

This fall, The Flash and Arrow both air on The CW and these two superhero hits are set to crossover. Each show’s 8th episode will feature guest stars from its sister show. Stephen Amell, the actor behind the famous Green Arrow, took Facebook by storm with the quote “Busy day filming” and a teaser shot of two legs: Green Arrow’s and the Flash’s. Check it out below.

Meanwhile, the upcoming Teen Titans and Nightwing series will air on TNT but that doesn’t rule out the possibility of a crossover with The CW’s shows. After all, Nightwing was rumored to be on Arrow not all that long ago.

Mark Pedowitz, president at The CW, states that there are talks between his network and TNT, though The Flash and Arrow will not crossover with NBC’s Constantine or Fox’s Gotham.

“What you’ll see embedded in Flash and Arrow is that we’ll have the ability to test characters out. Is there room to grow them into the next show? I cannot tell you yet. There are discussions going on,” Pedowitz said.

Arrow continues the established story of Green Arrow, while The Flash will start Barry Allen’s superhero career. Teen Titans will likely showcase Dick Grayson as Nightwing, overcoming Batman’s shadow and leading a new team of superheroes.

Don’t miss the premiere of The Flash on Tuesday, October 7th, and Arrow on Wednesday, October 8th.
