After a Day of Adventuring, Kick Back in the Indiana Jones Bar

While we wait on word for the next Indiana Jones film, we’re gonna head to Florida.

Why? To kick back in Disney’s new Indy themed bar in Downtown Disney!

The bar will not be overbearingly themed but have more subtle touches and tributes to the popular 80s franchise. It’s set to be named Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, named after Jones’ longtime pilot friend. It will be right next to the newly opened Boathouse restaurant.

It will seat 150 people which should please Disney fans who have been unhappy with how small the recently opened Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto turned out to be.

Inside, fans will look like plane propellers, walls will have postcards and travel posters, and its patio is a dry-docked steamboat named Reggie.

Other than cocktails and alcohol, the bar will also serve small themed plates, such as boulder meatballs and the Air Pirates Everything Pretzels.

So who’s already packing their bags to Florida? Sorry, California Disney-goers, this bar is only set for Walt Disney World right now. It’s set to open this fall.

Do you like the idea of an Indiana Jones bar? Sound off in the comments!
