Childhood friends Haruka Nanase and Makoto Tachibana have never looked better than they do as these gorgeous and detailed statues – except perhaps when they’re in the pool.
Specializing in freestyle, Haru is most comfortable when he’s in his swimming jammers in the water. Posed in mid-stride with one hand clutching his Iwatobi High School swim club jacket which flares around him, he has a serious expression, undoubtedly thinking about when he’ll next get the chance to swim. His statue measures 8 3/4-inches tall.
Haru’s best friend is the gentle and patient Makoto. There’s no one friendlier than Makoto, which is displayed perfectly on this statue by his easy smile and bright eyes. His specialty is the backstroke and just like Haru, he wears his swim club jacket, which shows a lot of movement, and swimming uniform – long black swim pants with green patterns on them. He has his arms comfortably folded over his chest and measures 9-inches tall.
Each statue comes with a display stand and optional swim goggles.
Made of plastic, every detail has been recreated on these statues. They’re beautifully painted and sculpted, looking like they came straight out of the anime.
