As the iconic theme music from Robert Zemeckis’ 80s classic swells over a shot of the DeLorean, it’s hard not to get excited. Then the door opens revealing our favorite time-traveling scientist as he proclaims “Great Scott” and all is right with the world. Mostly.
The future is here and although it may not be as we imagined, don’t worry! The Doc has an important message for us: “Your future hasn’t been written yet. No one’s has. Your future is whatever you make it, so make it a good one.”
Okay, now I’m the human form of the crying emoji.
Thanks, Doc. It’s definitely a great message everyone can always use as we face our futures.
