With any luck, soon we’ll get a trailer for Marvel’s next film, Captain America: Civil War (complete with the epic footage shown at D23, I hope)!
Until then, feast your eyes on this awesome fan made video imagining the opening credits for the film.
Created by Mighty Racoon!, the video employs animation and effects that look reminiscent of styles Marvel’s known for using themselves. So, we’re off to a great start.
The video goes through the main characters of the film (although not every one, because that would take forever) before finally placing them in the teams Marvel revealed a couple months ago.
Thank goodness for the creative fans who give us things like this to tide us over!
Captain America: Civil War, directed by Joe and Anthony Russo and starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey. Jr, Anthony Mackie, Jeremy Renner, Daniel Brühl, Chadwick Boseman, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Emily VanCamp, Martin Freeman, and Don Cheadle, is set to hit theaters on May 6, 2016.
