Who knew The Lord of the Rings would work so perfectly with Suicide Squad?
And yet this parody trailer for LOTR done in the style of the most recent Suicide Squad trailer is perfect.
What makes both of these videos work as well as they do is the fantastic editing. Both hit all their beats and roll along at a rollicking good speed. Check it out!
The funniest aspect of this video is perhaps how inept it makes the entire Fellowship seem. And yet these are the people we trusted to destroy the One Ring.
It’s hard not to smile while watching this parody video, and props to The Unusual Suspect, the creator, for picking perfect scenes.
Now cue wanting to do a 12-hour Lord of the Rings marathon for the umpteenth time.
