Because Sony’s rumored Men in Black and 21 Jump Street crossover is actually happening, and it even has an official, rhyming title.

The title of this actually happening project is MIB 23, which is, frankly, brilliant. This movie sounds totally insane, and it is, but it also sounds insane enough to work. This could turn out to be a ridiculous, entertaining treat at the theater. At least that’s what I’m hoping for!
While neither Will Smith nor Tommy Lee Jones are expected to be in the film, Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill will be reprising their roles as undercover cops for the third time.
Original directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller, with everything else they have on their plate, will only be producing. There’s no word on director or release date yet.
