One-Punch Man was originally a superhero parody webcomic created by a mysterious manga artist who goes by the name One. Since the popularity of the webcomic exploded it has been remade into a digital manga series illustrated by Yusuke Murata but One has serialized the original comic on his website leaving it available, for free, to all fans. The manga series is now also an animated series and I would venture to say… one of the best anime series out there.
In Japanese, One-Punch Man is called “Wanpanman” which is a play on the old children’s character “Anpanman” (I see no difference).
The One-Punch Man manga and anime often speak to serious life lessons such as what living like a hero is like. And what being a hero is all about is… collecting cool One-Punch Man products to show the world you’re no newbie.
