It’s that time of year again. The 2018 Toy of the Year Awards are here, and while the list includes a host of popular names, there are a few hidden surprises. Often called the Oscars of the toy industry, these awards represent the best and brightest in the toy trade.
So, without further ado, here’s a look at all of this year’s finalists and winners announced at New York Toy Fair 2018.
Action Figure of the Year

|Star Wars Forces of Destiny Adventure Figures|
|Hasbro definitely unleashed the Force with these uber detailed Star Wars figures. With fabric clothing and rooted hair, each character is expertly made to look exactly like their on-screen counterpart. Plus, each figure comes with their own cool sidekick.|
|Taking a new direction on the ‘modern’ action figure, the Stikbot is highly posable and come with suction-cupped hands and feet that let them stick virtually anywhere. Available in a range of different styles, these figures also come with a free app with a huge library of stop-motion movies.|
|WWE® Superstars Action Figures|
|A new take on the classic WWE line, these female action figures are molded after their wrestling alter egos and come with impressive articulation and even feature much of the same in-ring fashion designs as the real characters.|
