But just in case: Blue Beetle is a superhero film based on the DC character of the same name. It stars Xolo Maridueña as Jaime Reyes / Blue Beetle, Adriana Barraza, Raoul Max Trujillo, Susan Sarandon, Damián Alcázar, George Lopez, and others you may know. As the plot goes, an ancient, sentient, alien scarab chooses Jaime Reyes to be its symbiotic host, bestowing the recent college graduate and law school hopeful with a suit of armor capable of extraordinary powers, forever changing his destiny as he becomes the superhero we know as Blue Beetle. Things get exciting when Blue Beetle and the good guys battle baddie Victoria and her One Man Army Corps (OMAC). Who will win?
