Find Out What’s Happening in Arendelle this Spring

Frozen celebrated its birthday on November 27th, but Disney’s newest and most popular hit isn’t leaving anytime soon. Disney is keeping the Frozen love going as long as they can.

Yesterday Disney announced a new short, Frozen Fever, that will screen in theaters before Disney and Kenneth Branagh’s live action Cinderella film opening on March 13, 2015.

This short will reunite the characters we’ve grown to love, including Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Olaf! In the short, it’s Princess Anna’s birthday in Arendelle, so Elsa and Kristoff want to make sure it’s a wonderful day full of chocolate fondue and dancing through the night. But will Elsa’s ice powers let it be wonderful or will the cold bother this celebration?

Frozen Fever is directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee who directed the original film. Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez will also return to write an all-new original song for the short. Disney’s release didn’t say anything about the original cast returning, but we can’t imagine they’d pass up another opportunity to play their wonderful characters!

Are you excited to return to Arendelle in this new short? What do you want to see happen? Share your thoughts in the comments!

And if you think March is too far away, don’t worry, you can still watch Let It Go over and over until you get more of this Frozen Fever!
