Official Giveaway Contest Rules:

No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the US or Canada to enter. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. This offer does not apply to previously purchased merchandise. This offer does not apply to EE Distribution orders. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

By entering any giveaway contest, you agree to allow up to 12 weeks for delivery of giveaway prize, accept the fate of packages getting lost, stolen or damaged (neither Entertainment Earth (“Sponsor”) nor the host of the contest are responsible for replacement or compensation either in product or currency) and a correct, valid physical address must be provided. The right to the prize is not transferable by the winner. The prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions (in cash, in kind, or otherwise) except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or any portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value. All taxes (including, without limitation, income taxes) and other costs and expenses arising from or relating to the prize (or any substitution) or its delivery, transfer, receipt, acceptance, possession, use or disposition are solely the responsibility of the winner, except for a single instance of shipping and handling arranged by Sponsor.
