Game of Thrones Season 5 doesn’t return until April 12 but that doesn’t mean Thrones fans won’t get a taste of what’s to come. Between the upcoming video game, IMAX screening this weekend, already released books books, set photos, and HBO’s epic planning, fans who clamor for more Thrones can whet their appetites until that April premiere.
Walking through a day in the life of the cast and crew will higlight “the epic sets, renowned cast and global scale of Thrones, as well as the more intimate and individual challenges of our subjects, giving the audience a new perspective on one of the most elaborate productions in television history.”
HBO’s medieval fantasy series is one of the largest scale television productions and it’s absolutely amazing that we’ll get a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes. The show boasts multiple production units and truly raises the bar for television. Plus we may get a sneak peek at some major events occurring in Season 5, especially since the special features Spain a.k.a. the kingdom of Dorne.
A Day in the Life premieres February 8 at 8 pm on HBO. Season 5 returns on April 12.
