Jim Lee is a legend when it comes to comics – he worked with both Marvel and DC is one of the co-founders of Image Comics.

Lee recently visited Kotobukiya as the guest of honor at an event honoring American comics. While there, he spoke to guests, posed for photos, and wowed audiences by doing some live drawings, including one of The Fastest Man Alive, which will be used for an upcoming Kotobukiya ArtFX Statue.

Barry Allen a.k.a. The Flash will be joining Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman in this series based on Lee’s designs.

He did a few different poses for The Flash, ultimately landing on one of the superhero standing with his arms at his sides. He’s standing his ground and looks ready to take on any enemy who might challenge him.

We can only imagine how cool this event was, and we wish we had been able to go! We’re excited to see the statue that Kotobukiya puts out and will keep you updated as we get more information.
