It looks we’re all getting an early Christmas gift this year! The trailer for the much anticipated Gilmore Girls four-part revival on Netflix was recently released.
Titled Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, the upcoming mini-series will focus on our favorite characters in our favorite town once again. It’s been nearly 10 years since the last episode aired, and it looks like many things have changed. All three of the Gilmore women appear to be at a crossroads in their lives.
The family matriarch, Emily, is dealing with the death of her husband and trying to find what brings her joy in her new life. Meanwhile, Lorelai seems unsure about herself and where she currently stands. Rory seems to be in a state of wanderlust, yet she also feels lost, as one can after transitioning from college into the “real world.”
Along with the regular cast there also appears to be a plethora of returning guest stars. Hi, Milo Ventimiglia, Jared Padalecki, and Melissa McCarthy! Just to name a few. It’s truly good to see that the majority of the actors agreed to come back for this special reunion.
These episodes will be made available on November 25th, so great ready to binge watch!
