It&#8217;s official &#8211; <strong>Ryan Reynolds<\/strong> will reprise his role as <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.entertainmentearth.com\/hitlist.asp?searchfield=deadpool&amp;id=EN-407186506\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deadpool<\/a> <\/strong>in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.entertainmentearth.com/news\/2014\/09\/19\/x-men-spinoff-deadpool-confirmed-2016\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2016 Deadpool film<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Reynolds himself is more than thrilled, using social media to show his pride:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\"><p>Uh&#8230; It&#8217;s Chimichanga Time. <a href=\"http:\/\/t.co\/ZlknW4HOtj\" class=\"broken_link\">pic.twitter.com\/ZlknW4HOtj<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Ryan Reynolds (@VancityReynolds) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/VancityReynolds\/status\/540594148097916928\">December 4, 2014<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>He posted &#8220;Uh&#8230; it&#8217;s Chimichanga Time,&#8221; on Twitter yesterday. Chimichangas are Deadpool&#8217;s favorite food and it&#8217;s only natural that Reynolds would get back into character through the delicious taste of a chimichanga. On Thursday, Fox confirmed that Ryan Reynolds will return as the titular star, with production beginning in March.
