To kick off the day, we got our first look at young actor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.entertainmentearth.com/news\/2015\/02\/18\/x-men-apocalypse-young-nightcrawler-cast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kodi Smit-McPhee<\/a> as Nightcrawler &#8211; for a moment.<\/p>\n<p>20th Century Fox, director Bryan Singer, and McPhee all posted photos and videos of the blue, teleporting mutant across social media before deleting them not long after. Singer&#8217;s caption seemed to hint that this look would be a limited time thing:<\/p>\n<p><center><script async src=\"\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/center><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\"><p>First day on set! It&#8217;s too coincidental for it <em>not<\/em> to be a marketing move and it does have people talking. Luckily, screencaps were grabbed before it was too late.<\/p>\n<p>Nightcrawler isn&#8217;t the only look we have of the first day of filming. It&#8217;s a pretty neat photo! We wonder who will be going to the movies.<\/p>\n<p><em>X-Men: Apocalypse<\/em> is set to hit theatres on May 27, 2016, directed by Bryan Singer, and starring James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Alexandra Shipp, Tye Sheridan, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Olivia Munn, and Oscar Isaac.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think of Nightcrawler&#8217;s look?
