We’re less than a month away from the Season 2 premiere of The Flash<\/strong><\/em><\/a> and we’re starting to get very<\/em> excited. (Seriously, like Cisco levels of excited over here.)<\/p>\n Well, a new promo was released yesterday (which you can watch below) and now we can barely contain ourselves. Because guess who’s here? Jay Garrick!<\/p>\n That’s right, check out Teddy Sears<\/strong> as the first speedster Jay Garrick, complete with tin hat with wings, which we first saw in the finale<\/a>.<\/p>\n The promo reveals Garrick’s purpose in Season 2: he’s arrived from another universe to warn Barry about the dangers that lie ahead as a consequence of the wormhole Barry created in the Season 1 finale.<\/p>\n Garrick won’t be the only character from another world, however. Producer Gabrielle Stanton revealed to TVLine<\/a>:<\/p>\n “Harrison Wells will be back, but he\u2019s going to be a very different Harrison Wells than we\u2019ve seen before… We\u2019ve got other worlds. We\u2019ve got other timelines. All I\u2019m going to say is he\u2019s from one of those places.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n That’s going to be good to watch because actor Tom Cavanagh<\/strong> was a highlight of Season 1.<\/p>\n The promo also gives us our first look at a new villain, Atom Smasher (Adam Copeland), as well as a continuation of the flirtation between Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Lisa Snart aka the Golden Glider (Peyton List).
