It&#8217;s a character we all know and love and one that fans are undoubtedly going to be thrilled is joining the franchise&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Check it out!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wah7AGkkzl4\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Yup, that sure is <strong>Cloud Strife<\/strong> from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.entertainmentearth.com\/hitlist.asp?theme=Final+Fantasy&amp;id=EN-407186506\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Final Fantasy VII<\/strong><\/em><\/a> joining the popular multi-player <a href=\"http:\/\/www.entertainmentearth.com\/hitlist.asp?theme=Nintendo&amp;id=EN-407186506\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nintendo<\/a> fighting game!<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s no word on when he&#8217;ll arrive, but he&#8217;ll become a playable character for the game on 3DS and Wii U.<\/p>\n<p>As can be seen in the video, he comes with limit breaks, an Odin summon, and an alternative costume based on his appearance in the film <em>Advent Children.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cloud has appeared in games on Nintendo platforms (such as <em>Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories<\/em> for the Game Boy Advance) but <em>Final Fantasy VII<\/em> itself has never been adapted to a Nintendo platform.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s also going to be a new stage based on the city of Midgar and a Chocobo costume for the Mii fighter.<\/p>\n<p>Are you excited to see and play as Cloud in <em>Super Smash Bros.?<\/em> Sound off in the comments!<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ign.com\/articles\/2015\/11\/12\/final-fantasy-7s-cloud-coming-to-super-smash-bros-wii-u-3ds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IGN<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, the Super Smash Bros.
