I’ve talked time<\/a> and time<\/a> and time<\/a> and time<\/a> again that the upcoming Deadpool<\/strong><\/em><\/a> film is nailing it with their marketing.<\/p>\n

Perhaps partly inspired by The Hawkeye Initiative<\/a>, this poster definitely plays up both Deadpool’s sense of humor and his sexuality, which was confirmed via Entertainment Weekly<\/em> as pansexual<\/a> earlier.<\/p>\n

This poster is in line with everything we’ve seen from the movie so far and what both cast and crew have claimed the movie to be. It’s promising to see a movie so consistent and dedicated to bringing this character to life in an authentic way.<\/p>\n

Producer Simon Kinberg<\/strong> told Collider<\/em><\/a> the film is “radical in tone, it\u2019s radical in form, it\u2019s radical in the level of violence. It\u2019s just a different movie, not just from other comic book movies but I think from any other action movie that\u2019s out there right now.”<\/p>\n

As it should be.<\/p>\n

Deadpool<\/em> is set to hit theaters on February 12, 2016. It\u2019s directed by Tim Miller and stars Ryan Reynolds, Ed Skrein, TJ Miller, Gina Carano, Brianna Hildebrand, Andre Tricoteux, and Morena Baccarin.<\/p>\n
