Not wanting to go up against each other, WB moved <em>BvS<\/em> to March 25.<\/p>\n<p>Well, it looks like Marvel might not let them off the hook that easily.<\/p>\n<p>According to <em><a href=\"http:\/\/comicbook.com\/2016\/01\/04\/daredevil-season-2-to-debut-march-25th-against-batman-v-superman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CB<\/a>,<\/em> the second season of Marvel&#8217;s first Netflix hit, <em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.entertainmentearth.com\/hitlist.asp?theme=Daredevil&amp;utm_source=ee-blog&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=entertainment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daredevil<\/a>,<\/strong><\/em> might also be premiering on March 25. It&#8217;s still just a rumor at this point, but <em>Entertainment Weekly<\/em> earlier <a href=\"http:\/\/screenrant.com\/daredevil-season-2-march-2016-early-premiere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">reported<\/a> the show would hit Netflix sometime in March.<\/p>\n<p>If this is true, it&#8217;s a bold move on Marvel&#8217;s part.<\/p>\n<p>Some might think it&#8217;s not a big deal because Netflix and movies are two completely different mediums. After all, you could binge <em>Daredevil<\/em> on Friday and then see <em>BvS<\/em> over the weekend, or vice-verse.<\/p>\n<p>But as <em>ScreenRant<\/em> astutely <a href=\"http:\/\/screenrant.com\/daredevil-season-2-release-date-batman-v-superman\/\" class=\"broken_link\">points out<\/a>, <em>Jessica Jones<\/em> debuted the same day as <em>The Hunger Games: Mockingjay &#8211; Part 2<\/em> in November and <em>THG<\/em> made significantly less money than expected. And even if <em>Daredevil<\/em> doesn&#8217;t take away from <em>BvS&#8217;<\/em> profits, it&#8217;ll certainly take away from the conversation.<\/p>\n<p><em>BvS<\/em> is a big movie for WB&#8217;s DC cinematic universe. Pretty much everything hinges on this film, so it needs to do well. However, if this does end up being true, it will keep adding more and more relevance to Netflix.<\/p>\n<p>Where will your loyalties lie if they both come out on the same day?
