Because we did and we crossed our fingers to see the movie made into a reality.<\/p>\n<p>Luckily for all of us, that&#8217;s exactly what&#8217;s happening! Twentieth Century Fox announced yesterday that they will be moving forward with the <strong>Deadpool<\/strong> movie, scheduled for release on February 12, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The new Marvel movie will have Tim Miller at the directing helm and a script from <i>Zombieland<\/i> writers Rhett Reese and Pual Wernick, the film is sure to please fans of the <em>Merc with a Mouth<\/em>. Ryan Reynolds, Wade Wilson in <i>X-Men Origins: Wolverine<\/i>, is expected to star but he has not signed for the full film.<\/p>\n<p>After the huge response to the summer&#8217;s leaked footage of Reynolds as Deadpool, the studio decided to move forward with the film. Approving an R-rated film based on comics couldn&#8217;t have been easy but we&#8217;re certainly looking forward to the results.<\/p>\n<p>This footage appeared on the web in July of this year and hasn&#8217;t disappeared yet.
