There are few in existence that can withstand his godly might, or a blow from his enchanted hammer, Mjolnir. Thor has come a long way since his debut fifty years ago in Journey Into Mystery #83, and although he hasn't aged, he's certainly grown more cautious, and now sports a suit of enchanted chainmail under his signature tunic.
