DC Comics Hawkman Play Arts Kai Variant Action Figure:The DC Comics Hawkman Play Arts Kai Variant Action Figure presents an unique take on one of DC Comics' greatest super heroes. This Hawkman Play Arts Kai Variant Action Figure measures 18 1/3-inches wide x 12 1/2-inches tall x 2 3/4-inches long with his wings. Hawkman features multiple points of articulation and is packaged in a window display box.
Hawkman is a unique hero with roots in ancient Egypt and draws inspiration from the god Horus. With this in mind, we pursued a divine appearance with large wings of broad wingspan. We wanted to take the original design to the next level with a modernized expression and fine details. We also wanted to maximize the range of motion in the neck, shoulders, and ankles to allow for majestic flight poses. A more realistic flesh tone and metallic armor colors are of note for Hawkman along with many other areas in which special attention was paid to throughout this figure. His accessories; an Nth Metal Hammer, Axe and Kukri Knife are strongly reminiscent of the characteristics of Ancient Egypt which he is most identified with. He also utilizes the Thanagarian Relic, the Claw of Horus. Ages 13 and up.
