Being diverse in type, with misshapen bodies and twisted features according to breed and land, personalised armour and weaponry is an essential. Made for an Orc with a pronounced snout and widely spaced eyes, the Muzzle-cage helm is a bizarre and crude contraption with its tiny, slotted eye-domes and huge, grilled mouth.
