The then-23-year-old Woods shot an even par 72 on the final day of the tournament to finish at 11-under-par (277). Garcia finished one stroke back. Upper Deck commemorates Tiger's major triumph with this magnificent ''Major Moments'' collectible. The framed and double-matted item, which measures 17'' wide x 19'' high, features a photo and replica scorecard from the 1999 PGA Championship in addition to a brief description of Tiger's achievement.
