Cyborg 009 is the tale of 9 humans kidnapped by the evil Black Ghost organization to undergo experiments. The result of this tampering is 9 cyborgs, each one having super-human powers. The 9 cyborgs band together to fight for their freedom and stop Black Ghost.

The only female member of the team, 003 rarely fights (though she will when needed) and is often seen either directing the battle or caring for 001. She has enhanced vision and hearing, allowing her to see through walls and notice things that others cannot. She is also an excellent pilot, a good if reckless tactician, and a machine whiz.
