This item is produced by Moore Action Collectibles and is a part of their Buffy the Vampire Slayer toy line. Played by actor Seth Green (a.k.a. Scott Evil from Austin Powers), this Oz action figure is officially licensed by Fox and approved by Seth. In fact, Seth himself chose the hair, shirt and pant colors for this figure.
