They have some of the best "hot off the truck" deals, and their sales are usually too cheap to believe, such as McFarlane figures for $7, among others. They're often first to receive products and even have some really cool store exclusives such as the glow-in-the-dark Batman Beyond from the DC Multiverse. I just had to order 4 of those. Customer service is excellent. The only broken figure I've ever received was replaced without question after I took pics upon delivery. You honestly can't go wrong with this company, especially if you live on the west coast or out west.
