Peter Pirsch & Sons Sedan Cab Pumper Die-Cast Truck:Own a worthy piece of firefighting history! This incredible die-cast fire truck is from the mid 1950's. The unusually fine replica measures 2-inches tall x 6-inches long at 1:50 scale. This marvelous slice of Americana can be yours if you order now! The original engine was ordered by the Memphis Fire Department in 1953. It was built by the Peter Pirsch & Sons Company of Kenosha, Wisconsin, and delivered to Memphis in September of 1954. The manufacturer's serial number was 2157 and the Memphis FD Shop number was F-15. At the time the engine was new, Memphis had 24 engine companies and 9 ladders.
