Who is He-Man?

The son of King Randor of the planet Eternia and Queen Marlena, a former astronaut from Earth once known as Captain Marlena Glenn, Adam was guided through the Wind Forest of Eternia by a falcon named Zoar to the legendary Castle Grayskull. There, the bird revealed its true human form as Teela Na, the Sorceress. The priestess then informed the young prince that his destiny had been determined since birth, and that he had been chosen to become the guardian and protector of the secrets of Grayskull. Inside the ancient fortress, Adam received the Power Sword, and by invoking the powers of Grayskull with the phrase, he gained incredible powers, transforming into He-Man, an extremely powerful warrior with unlimited super strength, endurance, stamina, speed, agility, enhanced intelligence, and highly skilled combat abilities.
