Stop Mon*Star with These Cool SilverHawks Action Figures!
Originally created as a space-based counterpart to ThunderCats, SilverHawks came into its own with a 65 episode TV series, a comic book series published by Marvel, and its own merchandise. The SilverHawks story goes something like this: A bionic policeman called Commander Stargazer recruits heroes who are "partly metal, partly real" to fight evil Mon*Star (an escaped alien mob boss) and his minions. These SilverHawks heroes include Quicksilver (leader of the SilverHawks), twins Steelheart and Steelwill, Bluegrass, and the Copper Kidd - each with their own Weapon-Bird. The SilverHawks baddies? There's Yes-Man, Buzz-Saw, Mumbo-Jumbo, Windhammer, Mo-Lec-U-Lar (get it?), Poker-Face, Hardware, and Melodia.
