Because I'm new, I had no idea when things shipped and what to expect, but they were more than happy to take the time to explain it all to me. I ordered The Office advent calendar and it was packaged with extreme care. It arrived in perfect condition. I just started collecting Funko Pop!s, but I have an idea that with the amazing variety Entertainment Earth has on their website, I will be buying more than just Funko.
