From the 12 inch Elite Force World War II Series comes the U.S. Army Mortar Corporal "Red" Parker action figure. Featuring a fully poseable action body, this 1/6th scale authentic collector figure includes weapons and accessories. Features include: M-1 Helmet set w/ helmet insert & helmet net cover, tanker jacket, shirt, M-2 ammunition vest, wool pants, duty belt, pair of leggings, pair of boots, M1 Carbine, M1 Carbine magazine (X 3), M1911A1 Pistol, M1911A1 magazine (X 3), M1911A1 holster, pistol magazine pouch, 60mm mortar w/ M-4 sight, 60mm mortar rocket (X 3), back-panel set with cashion, First-Aid pouch, shovel pouch, canteen set with pouch and rope.
The 60 mm light Mortar used by the US Army during WWII was weapon employed for high angle fire against opposing infantry forces and fixed positions. The weapon consisted of a tube mounted on a base with a bi-pod support and fired a 3.5 pound high explosive missile with a maximum range of 1,800 yards.
