Code 3 Collectibles National Lampoon's first film, a parody of 1962 college life, featured campus antics as the rowdiest fraternity at Faber College battled rival fraternities and administrators, chased women, and threw toga parties. Shot in only 35 days, Animal House was allegedly based on the college experiences of National Lampoon writer Chris Miller and is infamous as John Belushi's breakout role.
